2. Data we process
For business-to-business (B2B) outreach and our commercial relationship, we process professional data: first/last name, job title; professional email and, where relevant, professional phone; company, industry, website, public professional profile (e.g. LinkedIn); and interaction data (opens/clicks/replies, exchanges, meetings). We do not seek sensitive data.
3. Source of the data
Your data comes from our direct exchanges, from publicly available professional sources (company websites, professional networks), and from specialised professional-data enrichment providers. We only collect data related to your professional role.
4. Purposes
- B2B outreach: introducing our premium ground-transport and travel services.
- Managing the commercial relationship: quotes, bookings, follow-up, invoicing.
- Improving our services and the relevance of our communications.
5. Legal basis
- B2B outreach: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in developing our business with professionals whose role relates to our services, balanced against your rights, including your right to object.
- Client relationship: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Accounting/legal obligations: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
6. Recipients and processors
Your data is accessible to authorised Signature Prestige staff and to our technical processors (email sending/tracking platform, marketing-automation/nurturing tool, CRM, professional-data verification/enrichment providers, hosting: GoDaddy — Host Europe GmbH (a GoDaddy company), Germany (European Union)), solely for the purposes above. We do not sell your data.
7. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers may be located outside the European Union (including the United States). Such transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards under the GDPR (European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy mechanism).
8. Retention
- Prospects: 3 years from your last contact (French CNIL guidance for B2B outreach).
- Clients: for the duration of the relationship, then archived per legal (notably accounting) obligations.
- People who objected/unsubscribed: their email is kept on a suppression list, for the sole purpose of no longer contacting them.
9. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and a right to object to outreach (Art. 21 GDPR), exercisable at any time.
- To unsubscribe immediately: reply “STOP” to any of our emails, or write to contact@signatureprestige.fr. We will then stop contacting you.
- To exercise your other rights: write to contact@signatureprestige.fr.
10. Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Data processed: pseudonymous identifier, pages viewed, traffic source, technical data (device type, browser). A transfer to Google, which may be located outside the EU, may occur, governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (see §7).
Advertising cookies — Google Ads (subject to your consent). We use Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and, where relevant, to serve you relevant ads. Typical cookies: _gcl_au (conversion measurement, ~90 days) and, for remarketing, cookies set via the doubleclick.net domain (e.g. IDE, up to 13 months). They are only set after your consent and may involve a transfer to Google outside the EU (see §7).
Your consent. On first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse audience-measurement and advertising cookies with equal ease; no non-essential cookie is set before your choice.
